Online Therapy Sessions for Depression and Anxiety

To accommodate for all kinds of preferences and schedules, I also offer online therapy sessions via Zoom, so clients can access mental health services wherever they feel most comfortable. All you need to access these sessions is a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access and a webcam. The Zoom app is free to download and use, so you will not incur any additional costs.

You may need to access online therapy due to limitations in your schedule, or if you live in a remote area. Whatever the reason, I provide the same quality of care and attention online as I do to those who attend face-to-face sessions, meaning that I can offer support with all the same issues. Online therapy is proven to be just as effective as in-person sessions, as well as providing additional accessibility for clients. Online therapy can also be a branch to accessing in-person sessions if this is a suitable goal for your needs.

Online therapy sessions can be especially helpful for those who face barriers to accessing support due to depression and social anxiety, providing an alternative to the potentially anxiety-inducing experience of leaving the house and meeting somebody new.

I have a decade of therapeutic experience supporting individuals who have experienced extensive trauma, experience complicated family dynamics, come from marginalised communities, and struggle with substance dependence and abuse, as well as those with a variety of mental health difficulties for any number of reasons.

Online sessions are provided once weekly, on the same schedule as my face-to-face clients, at the same fee of £120 per 50-minute session applies.
